Automatically collected by the system: Full name (rank and name), phone number (optional, for access requests), email address (optional, for access requests), performance data (scores, hit rates, rounds fired), training records (drill results, IMA qualification levels), activity logs (login timestamps, data entry actions), and unit affiliation (company, platoon, squad).
Sensitive information: We process the following categories of sensitive information when necessary and with your consent or as permitted by applicable law: military unit affiliation, individual marksmanship and weapons qualification scores, and combat training performance records.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. Specifically we process your information to deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user, and to send administrative information to you.

Data is stored on Supabase, a third-party database provider, solely for the purpose of operating the application.
